My kids are begging for a flaming Christmas pudding this year! They have watched the Christmas episode of Victorian Farms so many times now. Any tips? Favorite recipes?
Our family always copped out and bought a Christmas pud when I was younger. But certainly heat the brandy as hot as possible before pouring over and setting alight as quickly as possible! And the more brandy the longer it will flame (ignore the restrained 2-3tbsp guidelines haha)
